At 18 acres, Devil's Cove Park is the newest Monroe County Park. It was acquired in 2000 and is located on Irondequoit Bay; it establishes the 21st Monroe County Park. The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has listed the Irondequoit Bay ecosystem among the highest priorities for preservation. The park will remain natural and undeveloped.
